We would happily recommend this place, it is a clean and perfect hotel with convenient free parking.

Breakfast was great. Cheap for adults, free for children. Very quiet location but really convenient as we were on way from South to La Rochelle.

Only thing was that the air-conditioning at full was not adequate. Children were on a mezzanine which they loved but it was terribly hot all night.

Very straight forward, no frills, the staff were very friendly and helpful

The only downside was the taxi service. Probably not the staffs fault, but we were told 30 minutes, but after 75 minutes, other guests gave us a lift into Bordeaux

The food here is fantastic, we really loved it.

I would recommend this place to others; it’s a functional and fairly clean budget hotel with bright, well-equipped rooms that are very easy to reach from the airport, only 20 km away.

We stopped off on the way north and the hotel was clean and nice with good parking. There were four of us in the room using a mezzanine area for two beds. The access was up a steep moveable stairs which the kids enjoyed but may have been difficult for older people.

I have already made a complaint, it was awful. See what I added to trip advisor.comFamily rooms are tiny with not even room to site a suitcase, I had to move the tv. The ladder to the mezzanine (kids room) is nothing short of dangerous, dangerous for the kids climbing it and adults walking into it. The restaurant was worse. The surly waiter almost threw our food at us and I nearly regretted complaining about burnt Fries. Sure enough, they were replaced (by nearly burnt fries) and no apology, just a look of disgust at me questioning the wonderful cuisine. B&B is a better value for this grade of 'hotel'. At 112 Euros for a family room, this is well over priced and 9 E for breakfast in addition, it is truly awful. I have stayed in Kyriad hotels before so this appears to be a one off, but I suggest you avoid all costs. Stayed August 2011, travelled with family

I don`t like Kyriad hotel beacuse its room very derty and not soap and not shampoo and not ............ !!??

The room is decorated very nicely. A hair dryer and bath sheets were very convenient. - the location is great, close to the ring road of Bordeaux, central Bordeaux, and a golf course. - Enjoyed a lovely dinner with drinks at the nearby Brasserie St Once.

I booked this hotel simply because of its location (stopover between Portugal and northern Europe), close to the motorway. Location is the main attraction of this hotel

I don't expect much from budget hotels but the very least they could provide is a good comfortable bed and pillows, as generally guests are staying as a stopover on a long car journey. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and this meant we didn't sleep very well. The price I paid was high for what I got (almost 90 euro for one double room including breakfast). I would recommend this hotel only for its geographic convenience near the motor

The room was quite nice.

The person at the reception on the night we arrived wouldn't speak english and it was kind of hard to communicate... Next morning, different person, different attitude! The hotel smelled kind of funny!!! Mostly the reception and not the room so much. The airconditioning wouldn't turn to warm... Only cold air or nothing!

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the fact that Sure Hotel By Best Western Bordeaux Lac offers a variety of dining options that cater to our dietary preferences.

A unusual problem with my reservation has been solved with two rooms. The information in the page of Booked.net was somehow in colision with the reality in the hotel.
